Because each ring is individually custom-made and artistic resin fluid movements cannot be replicated, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, style preferences, or size errors. What you see in the product images represents the exact premium craftsmanship and artistic design delivered to your doorstep.

Damages and Defects (The Only Exception for Returns)

We take immense pride in our quality, but we want to ensure total satisfaction. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You are eligible for a return or replacement ONLY if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the completely wrong item.

To report a defect and start a return process:

  1. Contact us immediately at ellioisso@gmail.com.

  2. Provide clear photo or video proof of the damage/defect.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Crafting & Shipping Timeline

Because our items are not mass-produced factory goods, each order requires dedicated, expert craftsmanship.

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your custom piece to be crafted, finalized, and safely delivered to your address. We appreciate your patience in letting us perfect your unique wearable art.

Exchanges

Due to the highly exclusive, one-of-a-kind nature of our collections, we do not offer standard exchanges for different models. If an item is officially approved as defective and a return is processed, the fastest way to get your replacement is to make a separate purchase for the new item once the issue is evaluated.

Refund Processing Time (For Approved Defective Items)

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
