Bu mətndə üzüklərin əl işi olması səbəbindən hazırlıq müddəti, ümumi çatdırılma vaxtı (10-15 iş günü) və gömrük/itkin bağlamalarla bağlı məsuliyyət bölmələri Amerika e-ticarət standartlarına tam uyğunlaşdırılıb.

Because we create wearable art rather than mass-produced factory items, our shipping and handling process reflects the dedicated craftsmanship required for each order.
1. Order Processing & Crafting Timeline

Handcrafting Time: Since each ring features unique resin fluid movements and premium natural wood, it requires special individual creation.

Delivery Window: Please allow 10 to 15 business days in total for your custom piece to be crafted, finalized, and safely delivered to your address.

Tracking Information: As soon as your unique piece is completed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We proudly ship our premium handcrafted collections to the United States and select international destinations.

Shipping rates and any available expedited options will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ellio Isso is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order by your destination country or state.

All fees collected during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You can track your package directly through the carrier's portal using the tracking link provided in your email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the carrier scans the package.
5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Title Transfer

Transfer of Risk: In strict accordance with our Terms of Service, once we transfer your custom product to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss officially pass to you.

Carrier Delays: We are not liable for unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather conditions, customs processing delays, or events outside our control.

Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to open an investigation or file a local incident report.
